2.1. These rules define the conditions of accommodation, care, and behavior of dogs in the hotel.
2.2. The hotel’s goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and hygienic environment for dogs during their stay.
2.3. The rules apply to all dog owners using the hotel’s services.
3.1. Dogs must be healthy, regularly vaccinated against rabies and infectious diseases, and treated for external and internal parasites.
3.2. The owner is required to provide a valid veterinary booklet with proof of vaccination.
3.3. We do not accept puppies younger than 5 months, females in heat, or dogs that show signs of aggression.
3.4. Dogs that have had health or digestive issues within 30 days prior to arrival will not be admitted, unless previously agreed upon and with written approval from a veterinarian.
4.1. Dogs stay in individual accommodation units. Dogs belonging to the same owner may share a space solely at the owner’s own responsibility.
4.2. Feeding is done according to the owner’s instructions; the owner must provide a sufficient amount of food for the entire stay.
4.3. The owner must bring any medication and dietary supplements if the dog is taking them.
4.4. It is recommended to bring the dog’s bed or blanket from home to help with adaptation.
4.5. If the dog is on a raw food diet (BARF or similar), the food must be pre-prepared and individually packed in portions.
5.1. The dog must be clean and free of any signs of illness upon arrival.
5.2. In case of health issues, the owner will be informed immediately.
5.3. Veterinary services, if needed, will be provided by the veterinarian selected during registration; all costs are covered by the owner.
5.4. In emergency situations, if the owner or their chosen veterinarian cannot be reached, the dog will be taken to the on-call veterinarian.
5.5. The hygiene of the premises is maintained through regular cleaning and disinfection.
6.1. Accommodation in the hotel is possible only with a prior reservation.
6.2. Dog drop-offs and pick-ups are possible every day exclusively between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
6.3. Owners are required to adhere to the agreed drop-off and pick-up times. In case of delays or early arrivals, timely notice is mandatory. Early arrivals and delays may affect the hotel’s daily schedule and operations. We strive to accommodate your preferred time slot, so we kindly ask you to respect it to ensure smooth functioning for all guests.
6.4. Visits for introductions and tours of the facility, including entering the accommodation units, are possible only outside of peak season and with a previously arranged appointment.
6.5. On the day of arrival, we kindly ask owners not to enter the accommodation units without staff approval, in order to prevent disturbing dogs already staying in the hotel and to maintain a calm environment.
7.1. Dogs must be socialized and accustomed to staying in a group environment.
7.2. Aggressive, destructive, or excessively noisy behavior is not allowed.
7.3. The owner is obliged to inform the staff about any specific behavioral traits of their dog.
7.4. Dogs must be kept on a leash upon arrival until they are handed over to the staff.
8.1. The dog may only be picked up by the owner or an authorized person.
8.2. The hotel is not responsible for health issues not caused by staff negligence.
8.3. In case the dog is not picked up within 30 days of the agreed date, the dog may be placed in another facility or put up for adoption.
8.4. In the event of the dog’s death during its stay, the hotel bears no responsibility unless proven to be due to staff negligence. The hotel will immediately contact the owner and act according to their instructions regarding the handling of the dog’s body. All related costs will be covered by the owner.
9.1. By accepting the regulations, the owner confirms his agreement with all the aforementioned provisions.
9.2. The hotel reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
